To proceed with the order, one needs to read, accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions.
- For long-term contracts, a customer needs to acquire consent from EmbroideryPatchesUK in case they wish to amend the contract. Changes made without our approval are not applicable and our company is not liable to perform according to the unapproved changes.
- Customer satisfaction being the foundation of EmbroideryPatchesUK, we are never reluctant to cater to revisions/changes. But once the process has begun, changes/revisions cannot be guaranteed. However, if there’s something very important, please let customer support know and the team would see what can be done.
- Major changes are applicable in the draft only. Requesting a completely fresh design won’t be catered under free revision. In that case, a fresh quote might be presented.
- In case of revision, a customer needs to reach out via email and wait for 24 hours. Customer patience while requesting revisions is a must.
